Sense of Style Interior’s Home Staging services are designed to assist our clients and/or realtors who are beginning or continuing the process of selling a home. Staging is designed to improve the look and feel of a home to increase the rate and price of a sale. This can be accomplished using the owner’s own furnishings and accessories or by bringing in specific items to enhance the overall appeal of a home.
A challenge that many owners have when attempting to stage their home is the necessary reduction of items and/or personal effects that make a home your home. After all, a buyer does not want to live in your home—they want to buy a home of their own. Our designers are able to observe your home from the point of view of a potential buyer and make appropriate recommendations on how to highlight the positive aspects of your home while minimizing any less desirable aspects.
*Package starting rates do not include additional consultation hours or services not listed. Additional consultation hours or services may be added to each package for an hourly fee. “Room” is defined as a single-function space. Multiple function spaces (such as a great room) will be considered as two or more rooms.
